I spend a lot of time making sure all custom orders are exactly how the customer wants. You’ll get pictures every step of the way for you to tell me what doesn’t look right so I can redo it before the paint is sealed or other aspects finalized. Customer satisfaction is my goal and I am extremely easy to work with. I currently do not offer AA or ethnic dolls as I feel I need more practice. My non-discrimination policy is that no customer will be turned away on basis of race, gender/sex, gender/sexual identity/orientation, religion, or philosophy. This includes my policy AGAINST creating dolls associated with hate speech or groups.
BASE PRICE FOR CUSTOM DOLLS IS $300
This includes USA shipping, one outfit with diaper, receiving blanket, and birth certificate. So far I have not sold a doll for over $300 so this is what you should expect to pay for dolls up to 3 months old in size with eyes open or closed, bald or with wig. Rooted hair costs extra and I do not paint hair at this time. Dolls are vinyl limbs/head and weighted cloth bodies.
PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE!
Can only pay $10 a week? or $50 a month? Let me know what your budget is and I can work with you. Remember that while I offer whatever plan suits you, I can ONLY start working on the doll when a minimum of $80 has been sent. Most supplies I keep on hand, but this amount allows me to purchase what I don’t have or items specific to your doll. I will ONLY send the doll to you when it has been paid for in full. However, I will continue to send pictures until it is paid off.
HAVING DIFFICULTY MAKING A PAYMENT?
Life likes to throw things at you; I get that. If for some reason you are going to be late on a payment or need to readjust your payment schedule, MESSAGE ME. I’m not going to get angry because you had an unpredicted expense that got in the way of your doll payment, but you must tell me. If I don’t know, then I have to assume that you have simply chosen to stop paying for your doll altogether.
REFUNDS? HALTING PAYMENTS? CANCELING ORDER?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds unless the doll has come to you damaged (must send pictures as proof). Once again, if you plan to halt or delay payments, you MUST message me before your payment is due in order to readjust your schedule. There is no penalty fee for halting payments, but you cannot delay them for a period longer than 3 months. Therefore, you should consider simply lowering your payment amount (ie from $50 a week to $10 a week) instead of stopping them altogether.
You can cancel your order at any time. If you’ve already paid a significant amount ($80+), I will credit you the amount. This means you can return to me within one year from the time you canceled and have that amount deducted from the price of a new doll.
I WANT TO HAVE A GOOD UNBOXING! WILL YOU SEND MORE CLOTHES/ACCESSORIES WITH MY DOLL?
Yes! I offer care packages for $25. Each package includes an outfit, a sleeper, a onesie, diapers, a plushie/stuffie, a sealed bottle (empty, ‘formula/milk,’ or ‘blood’), and an extra gift of my choosing (these are in addition to the outfit, blanket, and diaper that already come with your doll). You can purchase as many additional care packages as you like. If there is a specific item you want (ie a modded pacifier), let me know!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
I usually do business through PayPal. You’ll be sent invoices of the amount you wish to pay before each payment is due. The invoice will detail what you’ve already paid and what is left to pay as well as what you are paying for. SAVE YOUR INVOICES AND RECEIPTS! Should you need them for any legal reasons, these are your proof of business agreement and payment. Seller (me) is responsible for all PayPal fees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO MAKE A DOLL?
Since I am a full-time writer who works at home, my schedule is very flexible. I place priority on orders so, granted I have the money I need to buy the necessary supplies, you can expect a finished doll in about a month. Remember that I do not begin a doll before $80 is paid and I do not send a doll out that has not been paid for in full.
