I highly recommend this book. It is a powerful story about Nephi, a gay Mormon who is struggling to find acceptance. He not only faces discrimination from the church to which he has dedicated his life, but also from the secular community. Being gay and being Mormon are both important parts of who he is and this story really delves into the consequences of being true to yourself.
